After literally decades of putting it off, I was finally convinced to make a trip to Europe.

Here’s what I saw in Paris: lots of low angle light, old buildings, and cooler, calmer colors.

Highlights included being able to speak at least a little French, enough to understand people and get around, and then learning how the Euro works.

The sights were seen- Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, and Notre Dame- and bread, cheese, and wine were found to be the cheapest items at the grocery store.
